There's a number of things you can try if you've paired your device but there's no sound. Follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1. Make sure the service is online

Log into with email address and password. Click on "Locations" in the top menu and then on the name of the specific location. Check that the status colour is green and if there's any music playing right now. If your status colour is red, please connect your device to internet. 

2. Check your audio settings

  • Increase the audio volume on your device. 
  • If the device is connected to an amplifier or speakers, please check the cords.
  • Increase the audio volume on your amplifier or speaker.
  • If you're using a Windows PC, make sure you're allowing the volume for Soundtrack Business in the volume mixer settings which you usually find in your task bar.
