1. Check for error messages
Go to the zone that's experiencing problems and see if there are any error message that can explain the cause to the problem.
2. Check the music
Make sure there's a soundtrack assigned to the zone. If you’ve assigned a schedule that you’ve created yourself, make sure it covers the hours where you want music to play.
3. Check that the subscription is active
Make sure the zone is activated.
