If your payment method is to pay with invoice, an admin in Spotify Business can create different invoice groups. It's a great feature if you like to divide the cost for your zones into separate invoices. You will receive one invoice for each invoice group.

Add a new invoice group

An invoice group is created by default, but you can add as many as you want. 

1. Go to "Settings" and click on the "Payment" tab

2. Click on + Add

3. Enter the information that is needed and click "Add"

4. Click on "Locations" in the top menu and search for the ones that should be included in the new invoice group

5. Click on the menu button and then on invoice group

6. Select the new invoice group in the drop-down menu and repeat this for all other locations that you want to include

Edit or delete an invoice group

1. Go to "Settings" and click on the "Payment" tab

2. Click on the menu button next to the invoice group you want to edit or remove

3. Select "Edit invoice group" or "Delete invoice group" depending on what you want to do
