Not being able to access your account can be annoying, but don't worry, it's usually easy to solve. When trying to log in to the Spotify client, make sure your are entering your Spotify Business username and not your email address. If you still are having problems, we would recommend that you reset your password.


1. Go to www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/

2. Fill in your username, not your email address



3. An email is sent to the email address that was used when you signed up for Spotify Business, it contains instructions on how to choose a new password

4. Log in to the Spotify client using your username and new password
